We had an amazing time on Easter Island, staying at a hotel with a great location. It was within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and beautiful scenery. The room we stayed in was exactly as shown in the photos, with comfortable beds and a well-maintained bathroom. The service at the hotel was friendly and the staff spoke English, making communication easy. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the stunning view from our room's terrace.

There were some issues with the food and service at the hotel. The meals could have been better, as some dishes were dry and tough.

Nothing it is perfect.

The hotel offers fantastic packages that include private tours to some exclusive places. I loved the complimentary bikes available to ride into the town, and the location was very convenient. The food was exceptional, and the restaurant offered a great atmosphere.

I found some of the meats dry, but that may just be typical of the area. The check-in time is later in the day, which can be inconvenient if you arrive in the morning and have to wait for your room.

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and were blown away by the exclusive amenities. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff catering to our every need. The Spa & wellness centre provided a relaxing oasis with a sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and Jacuzzi. With beach access just steps away, we enjoyed a full body massage followed by a body scrub in the Spa lounge. The sun terrace offered a serene garden and beautiful sun loungers with beach umbrellas, perfect for enjoying a drink from the poolside snack bar.

While our stay was amazing, there was one minor issue that detracted from our experience. One morning during breakfast, the buffet was not fully stocked, leaving us with limited options.
