I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Boutique 17. The location was perfect, nestled in the heart of Concepcion Carro, with amazing views of the bay. My room was small but incredibly comfortable, with modern decor and a thoroughly modern TV. The bathroom was spacious, with excellent water pressure. The breakfast was extensive, with delicious options and made-to-order eggs. And of course, the WiFi worked flawlessly. I highly recommend this hotel for a modern, professional, and conveniently located stay.

The room had a fantastic view of the water and was made mostly of glass, which was a unique and enjoyable feature. the breakfast provided was very good, with fresh food and a variety of options. the neighborhood felt safe and there were plenty of opportunities for walking. the location was great, as it was not too high up on the hillside and allowed for easy access to the historical sites.

The rooms were on the smaller side, which may be uncomfortable for some guests. there was some noise from the city, especially on weekends, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

The value for money at Boutique 17 was excellent, with a clean and comfortable room that was well-maintained. The location was great, right in the heart of the bohemian area with beautiful views of the harbour. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and spoke good English, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast was a good start for our mornings, with tasty options that kept us fueled for the day. the location couldn't have been better, with a vibrant neighborhood full of excellent restaurants, shops, and local attractions just steps away. We also enjoyed the stunning views from our room, which was the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring.

This hotel is a great choice for those wanting to be close to the beach. The staff is low key but very helpful, and the beds and linen are great. The view from the room is fabulous, and the room itself is pristine and comfortable. The hotel has air conditioning and the wall facing the sea is all glass, allowing for fresh air if desired. The bathroom is large and has a shower only, and the hotel provides light filtering and blackout shades. The neighborhood is funky but safe for walking day and night. The restaurant "M" on the level below the lobby is a crown jewel, with mouth-watering dishes and a delightful server.
