We recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming boutique villa in Santiago, and it was an unforgettable experience. Boutique Le Reve is a true jewel in every aspect. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in this warm and inviting establishment. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, and the breakfast was generous and varied. However, what truly stood out was the amazing staff. They were highly attentive and professional, going above and beyond to accommodate us. We will always remember the exceptional service provided by the customer service manager, Gabriel, and the hotel manager, Mr. Ruben, who went out of their way to help us during a difficult situation. Their humanity and kindness will forever be appreciated.

The hotel was located in a vibrant area with plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby. We also appreciated the convenient location for shopping, with a popular shopping center only a short walk away. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

There were a couple of issues with the room. The air conditioning unit was dripping, which was a bit inconvenient.

Loved the attention to detail, from the nibbles and drinks in the afternoon to the gourmet chocolates on the pillow. Access to the kitchen for tea and snacks in the evening was a great feature. The staff was attentive, caring, and knowledgeable, making us feel like we were staying at a friend's home. The location of the hotel was excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby for dinner. The cleaners were delightful and took great care of the rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious with a lovely view of the courtyard garden. The hotel had great facilities, including an honor bar and free self-serve supper snacks. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and we enjoyed having it in the pleasant sitting room or outside in the garden. The location was perfect, right in the center of commercial providencia, close to a park and several restaurants. The staff was unfailingly courteous and helpful.
