The hotel’s location is fantastic, just a short walk to a major shopping mall! ! Staff were very friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze.

While rooms are clean, the limited toiletries and occasional water leak in the shower were frustrating. Coffee capsules charged extra feels odd for a four-star experience.

Loved the location—right near the metro and parks! The room had a lovely view of the mountains, making my stay quite serene. Plus, the staff were genuinely helpful and cheerful, which is always a treat.

Watch out for the bathroom amenities. they were stingier than my budget at a fancy restaurant! Also, I think the shower wanted to audition for a horror film with how it clogged up.

My experience was marred by delays during check-in, which was frustrating. On top of that, the air conditioning created a constant noise that disrupted my sleep, which certainly didn't meet my expectations for a hotel of this caliber. I was left feeling disappointed, especially after hoping for a seamless experience.

The location is fantastic, close to Arauco Park and a shopping center. Indoor swimming pool available, and breakfast buffet offered a good variety, although I noticed the same dishes daily. Staff at the restaurant were attentive 👍.

the staff at Radisson Blu acted like i was just another guest, how rude! the shower only had lukewarm water, makes you wonder who’s running this place. tried to enjoy the pool, but no one came to assist. i almost left a nice review, but with the standard treatment i received, i just couldn’t.

staying at radisson blu for 5 nights was a delight. the view of the andes mountains from my upper floor room was breathtaking. breakfast was plentiful and located just a short walk after a long line. The gym was well-equipped. the staff were attentive and kept everything organized, even with the hotel being busy. i appreciated the fitness center and enjoyed the tasty food in the bar area.

Really enjoyed the spot just a short walk from Mall Parque Arauco and awesome restaurants. The breakfast was a mix of local treats and classic dishes—loved that! The room was spacious and clean, but I wish they had provided bathrobes. Staff were friendly and helpful, which made my stay even better.

the hotel is in a super safe area and really close to a mall and park which is cool. the staff were so helpful, even helped with my luggage when it was delayed. breakfast had good options and the restaurant food was tasty too. room was large and comfy, had a nice view and everything worked well. it’s a great value for money, especially for business trips!

I had an awesome time enjoying the rooftop infinity pool with stunning mountain views and lounging by the sun deck. The breakfast buffet was sufficient, and the happy hour drinks really hit the spot, but the hairdryer was a bit underwhelming. it kept turning off on me. Definitely recommend checking it out if you're looking for a comfy place to stay! 😊
