We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was ideal, with easy access to a nearby mall, local shops, and a metro station just 10 minutes away. There was plenty to see and do in the surrounding area, making it a convenient choice for exploring this city.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering room service and assistance with tours and tickets. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options to choose from, and the restaurant and bar/lounge areas were a great place to relax and enjoy a meal.

Conveniently located near Parque Arauco mall with numerous shops and restaurants. Enjoyed the view of the snow-covered mountains in June. TV control took a little figuring out, but English was accessible. a fabulous hotel with excellent amenities and helpful staff.

The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel is situated in one of the safest regions of Chile, providing a feeling of security. Plus, the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The complimentary champagne and chocolates were a nice touch during our romantic escape. The hotel's location near the city center and local attractions was perfect for our needs. We also enjoyed the free Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel.

The staff was unhelpful and unaccommodating during our stay. We had a few issues with our room, including a leaky faucet and a malfunctioning air conditioner, but the staff did not respond promptly to fix them.
