Wow, what a great value for the money! The room at Santana was lovely and well-maintained. The location was super convenient, with a bus station nearby and the beach just a short walk away. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even better.

One thing that could have made the morning meal even better was a wider selection of fresh fruit.

I recently stayed at Hotel Santana for a week-long vacation. The location next to the bus station was very convenient for exploring the area. The breakfast had a fantastic variety of options and the coffee was excellent. The bar even had evening concerts, which added a fun atmosphere. The receptionist was also incredibly helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The buffet meals were pretty good with lots of options to choose from. the location was very convenient, close to all amenities and there was a free car park opposite the hotel for those who needed it. the room was clean and well-maintained.

the towels in the room were old, thin, and small. There were times when I had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper as they were not left in the room.

Had a blast spending New Year's Eve at this hotel! Breakfast and dinner were heavenly, complete with free drinks during dinner. the hotel's location was great too, near a bus station making it easy to go around. the complementary mini-bar and Wi-Fi in the room were also a plus! we had a memorable experience here.

The room could use some improvement. the furniture looks dated and the shower pressure was weak.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to the sea and just next to the main bus station. It's perfect for those who want to spend their days sunbathing on beautiful golden sand or exploring the island using public transportation. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is very enjoyable.

Some guests have mentioned that the mattresses were uncomfortable and that the building work next to the hotel was a little disruptive in the mornings.
