The suite with a king bed was like a cozy sanctuary. the huge bath, double vanity, and walk-in shower were so pampering. the dining room for six was perfect for playing cards and enjoying meals together. As a couple who loves relaxing in comfort, this room was just what we needed.

The food was nice, but a little inconsistent. the check-in process felt like it took forever, especially with the chilly air conditioning making me shiver. Controlling the room temperature was a struggle, even with staff assistance. the hotel itself was nicely decorated, and the breakfast spread was good. Unfortunately, the expectation of tips from every staff member and slow room service left a sour taste in my mouth. a mixed experience that left me feeling a bit cold towards returning.

The database was easy to navigate and had a wide range of information available. after 3 visits to reception, the door was opened with a master card, which was convenient and saved me time.

The only minor downside was that the Wi-Fi connection in the room was a bit spotty at times, causing some frustration when trying to work online.
