The hotel was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were always on hand to help with anything we needed. the location is perfect for a short stay in Delhi as it is centrally located and close to the metro station. the on-site restaurant was excellent, offering a wide range of delicious dishes. We highly recommend Palace Heights for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in the heart of Delhi.

The room was clean and comfortable, with nice furniture and good lighting. The staff were extremely helpful and provided fast service. Breakfast was tasty with a decent variety of options. The hotel was situated in a central area, just a short walk away from various shops and restaurants.

My thanksgiving stay was a memorable and pleasant experience. the hotel staff was warm, hospitable and welcoming. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of flavors that satisfied my taste buds. I received two complimentary services that were appreciated. the location of the hotel was perfect, in close proximity to shops and restaurants. Transportation was accessible and made getting around easier. the room was cozy and beautifully furnished, providing a comfortable environment.

The hotel room was a bit small, and the noise level from neighboring rooms and the street outside was slightly distracting. Nonetheless, my overall experience was enjoyable, and I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable retreat during their travels.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, even going so far as to accompany us to the metro station and order Ubers for us. The location is unbeatable, with a metro station just across the street and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I especially enjoyed dining at the on-site restaurant, Zafran, which had great food and a cozy atmosphere. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose Palace Heights again!
