stayed in bratislava before, but arcadia boutique hotel exceeded expectations! excellent service and helpful concierge made our stay special. perfect location, amazing breakfast, and classy decor. highly recommend!

I recently had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect! It's right in the heart of the city center and just a short walk away from the lovely Christmas market. The service provided here was incredible. I was able to take advantage of the room service, dry cleaning, laundry, shuttle service, and tours/ticket assistance offered here. I was also impressed with the amenities within my room such as the soundproofed walls, in-room air conditioning, and the flat-screen TV. The staff here was outstanding! They managed to resolve a little misunderstanding on a very professional manner.

I only had one small issue when I asked the staff for special diet menus, but they answered me quite rudely. However, this place is highly recommendable to anyone who wants to stay in a stylish and luxurious hotel with excellent service.

Great freebies & top-notch location! the free breakfast was fresh & filling, and the Wi-Fi is fast. the hotel is only a short walk from the city center & public transport links are close. Superb if you wish to explore and see what the city has to offer! the staff were very friendly & always on hand to help. They offered great recommendations on nearby things to do, helped me sort out train times and gave me useful tips about tourist hotspots. A wonderful personalized touch to my business trip here.

We were disappointed to discover that the hotel did not inform us in advance about the need to book the sauna. This was quite frustrating as it was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect! We were right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions and restaurants. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for dinner and even guiding us to a hidden gem of a castle that we wouldn't have discovered otherwise. They also offered a storage for our bikes, which was a huge plus for us.

The shower in our room was quite poor and the water pressure was low. the noise from outside could be quite loud, especially on the weekends when there were people passing by singing and shouting into the early hours.

The breakfast menu could have been improved by offering the jacuzzi and sauna at no extra cost. While the wellness facilities were available for an additional fee, it would have been great to have them included in the breakfast package.

We loved the very comfortable rooms and the great selection at breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located just on the edge of the Centre, making it easy to access restaurants and other amenities.
