The personalized tours of the beautiful Atacama desert were informative and engaging. The food and service at the hotel were exceptional, with special touches like chocolates on the bed at night. we highly recommend this luxury hotel for a unique and unforgettable stay.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The facilities were clean and beautifully decorated. The room was spacious and the pool and spa were exceptional. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the barbeque area in the back of the property and transportation to various destinations. The breakfast provided was satisfactory, and the hotel's cleanliness was top-notch.

The hotel we stayed at during our desert vacation exceeded our expectations. the architecture was modern and eco-friendly, with gardens and stunning views of the surrounding mountains. We appreciated the attention to detail in the food, with delicious gourmet meals every day. the spa area was a highlight of the stay, with relaxing massages and a beautiful pool that made us feel like we were in an oasis in the desert.

The active excursions were fantastic, but the guide’s accent made it hard to understand all the information provided about the excursions. we felt a bit confused about the pricing of activities, and would have preferred a set price list to avoid any unexpected costs.

This hotel is a luxurious oasis in the middle of the desert. the exclusive amenities, such as the spa and wellness centre, offer a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers provide a serene setting to take in the breathtaking views. the restaurant serves delicious food and the breakfast menu has a variety of options. Special diets are accommodated. the private facilities were clean and comfortable, and the location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area.

There was only one minor issue, and it was with the service. Some of the staff were not as attentive or proactive as others.
