The location was very good, just a short walk to the main street and far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making sure that all our needs were met. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a sitting area and useful kitchenette. The breakfast was hearty and delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The room was comfortable and well-furnished, with a nice bed and great pillows. the jacuzzi in the room was a bonus and everything was in working order. the heating in the room was excellent. the turn-down service was a nice touch and the coffee provided in the room was great. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. the hotel's location was ideal, right in the center of downtown with many shops and restaurants nearby. the hotel also had a large car lot with free parking.

The room was a bit small and dark, and the air conditioner vent was right above the bed, making it uncomfortable when it was on or off. the lack of shelf space in the bathroom was inconvenient, especially for keeping utensils or a glass.

the hotel had a great location, with plenty of restaurants, pubs, and shops within walking distance. the staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful, and the shuttle van service to and from the Stratford Festival Theatre was convenient. We also appreciated the nice touch of a freshly cut rose provided by the maid in the evenings.

The noise from the traffic was unbearable, as the room faced a busy street and the windows did not block out the noise. the mattress was old and uncomfortable, definitely in need of replacement.

As older guests, we really appreciated the shuttle service within the city limits. It made getting around so much easier and saved us the hassle of driving. The staff was over the top helpful and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The room itself was comfortable and spacious, with Victorian furnishings that added a touch of elegance. The inn's location was perfect, close to independent shops, theaters, and even a chocolatier. We also loved the unique Pavlova dessert that was a must-try. the Parlour Inn is a beautiful, clean, and conveniently located hotel that we would highly recommend to friends and family.
