The front desk staff, especially Penny, were pleasant and cheerful. The housekeeping staff were polite and cheerful. The food street stalls offered varied and tasteful options. The hotel is conveniently located near the Galaxy hotel and offers a nice view of it. The staff are proactive and helpful. The free shuttle bus to and from the pier is convenient. The Broadway food street is amazing, with the Roadhouse pub being a fabulous choice. The value for money breakfast in bed is excellent.

I loved the spacious, clean room with a great bathroom. The food street downstairs was a highlight, along with the walk bridge to the Galaxy resort. The casino, restaurant, and pool were fantastic. The Broadway Hotel in Taipa Island offered great value for money. The room was spacious and comfortable, although I didn't have a view of the famous casinos. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient with free shuttle buses to nearby attractions.

The Broadway Hotel in Macau was an amazing find! The value for money was unbeatable, with a spacious and clean room that had all the high-end facilities we needed. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the water park at the Galaxy. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, and the regular shuttle bus made getting around a breeze.

The hotel is very clean and centrally located, with free shuttle buses to other casinos and famous landmarks in Macau. The GEG privileged card was also a big help and enhanced our shopping experiences. The free sharing wave pool and long pool in the Galaxy Hotel group are amazing and definitely worth trying.

I felt right at home during my stay at the Broadway Hotel, and there was no reason to complain about anything. it was an excellent experience.

During our stay at Broadway, we were delighted by the exceptional service from the concierge and reception team. They were always available to help and provided top-notch assistance throughout our visit. We also enjoyed the convenience of having breakfast at the connected Galaxy, just a short walk away. The comfortable rooms and affordable rates made our stay even more enjoyable. Although there was construction nearby, the good window isolation minimized any noise disturbance. We were also pleased to discover a variety of good, cheap, and lively restaurants and cafes in the hotel's vicinity. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and pleasant stay.

Had an amazing New Year stay at this hotel! Loved the friendly and helpful staff. the river view from the room was breathtaking. the cozy room made us feel right at home. the concept of the hotel's Broadway street was unique and added a nice ambiance. the good connectivity to nearby attractions was a huge advantage. Plus, the hotel offered free access to a water park with a beach and wave pool!

There were a couple of downsides. there was a lack of shuttle bus service to pick up and drop off guests from the airport.

We loved the spacious and clean Suite room, with a comfortable lounge area and a separate king size bed. The view of the bridge and river was stunning. The front desk staff, especially Penny, were pleasant and cheerful. The house-keeping staff were polite and cheerful as well. The street outside had chain restaurants and a Kmart shop, which made it convenient for buying snacks. The location was great with easy access to transportation options, and there were plenty of food stalls nearby offering delicious options. a fantastic stay for families with children.

Conveniently located near Taipa city center, with local food options just a short walk away. Proximity to the Broadway show and other Galaxy Macau properties via footbridge and shuttles. Excellent service from the staff, particularly Mr. Jon, who was helpful and proactive with suggestions.
