We enjoyed the spaciousness of the unit, perfect for a city trip. the friendly greeting at reception made us feel welcome. the cleanliness of the unit was impressive, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep after a day of exploring.

The access to unit 12a was dated and somewhat challenging, as it was past a car graveyard. the limited availability of complimentary bikes was disappointing, and the owner's response to this issue was less than satisfactory.

Felt totally relaxed, no complaint.

The spacious rooms were perfect for a large family like ours. the staff, especially Michelle, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, from pre-heating the room to assisting with bike rentals. the kids loved the homey feel, and we appreciated the excellent value for our money.

My wife says that a children's play area would have been a great addition for families.

The provided database had an extensive selection of information and was easy to navigate, making it simple to find what I needed quickly. the room with beds was spacious, giving my children two separate bedrooms to run off some steam after being cooped up in the car.
