For the price, we got excellent value and a really comfortable room. The location was perfect, just a minute's walk from the ticket office to explore Huangshan. The staff at Cheng Jin Hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with maps and recommendations for hiking Mount Huangshan.

The hotel is perfectly located right next to the bus terminal that takes visitors up to the mountain, making it very convenient to explore the area. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly, helpful, and provides detailed itineraries to ensure a smooth trip. Additionally, they offer free walking sticks and raincoats for guests.

The hotel restaurant doesn't offer the best food and there have been instances of guests getting scammed by nearby restaurants.

The location of this hotel is great as it is conveniently located next to a bus station to go up to the mountain. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. the staff are so kind and helpful, providing a lot of assistance. They even helped with my luggage and spoke English. the hotel offers free alpenstock and raincoat rentals which is very generous. I also appreciated the free luggage storage while I went up to the mountain for an overnight stay. the service was fantastic and made me feel truly relaxed.

The Wi-Fi was a bit unstable, but it wasn't much of an issue unless I needed to use a VPN. These were minor issues, though, and didn't detract from my enjoyable stay.

Amazing service from the staff! I was pleasantly surprised when the manager personally communicated with me before my arrival and provided helpful information. The driver who picked us up went above and beyond his duties. The hotel location is perfect for visiting Huangshan, just minutes away from the bus station. The staff even provided us with a detailed map and route for the mountain hike. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Huangshan!

We were so lucky to choose this hotel for our stay. The location is fantastic, right next to the bus station where we could easily catch the shuttle bus to the cable car. It saved us from long lineups in the morning and allowed us to start our hike quickly. The room was large and very clean, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English. They were always willing to help and even gave us recommendations for the best hiking routes. After check-out, they invited us to relax in the cute café/book bar while waiting for our bus. We highly recommend this place!

The driver, Jiang, not only fulfilled his responsibilities but also provided additional support during our visit to Mukeng Bamboo Forest. The hotel provided free amenities such as maps, hiking sticks, and raincoats. The location was excellent, right next to the bus depot for easy access to Huangshan. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with a herbal foot bath. The restaurant had reasonably priced delicious food, and they even had freshly ground and brewed coffee. the staff, amenities, and location made our stay enjoyable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a 4-star hotel near a bus station that takes you to a famous mountain. The location could not have been better, as I was able to avoid long lineups in the morning when heading up the mountain or connecting to the train or airport. Additionally, the hotel had a fantastic restaurant with delicious food and even provided fruit and cookies in the room each day - such a nice touch! The hotel was also super close to the bus that takes you to the mountains, which made getting around incredibly convenient.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing free tea upon arrival and even buying a movie for guests. The food at the hotel's restaurant is surprisingly good, with many guests choosing to have dinner there.
