We loved the amenities offered, especially the free shuttle service to key attractions nearby. the location was ideal as it provided easy access to the main attractions in the area. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We were disappointed to find that the outside pool was closed during our visit. This was a letdown as we were looking forward to enjoying a swim during our romantic escape.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Panda Garden hotel for a weekend trip to visit the pandas. The staff, particularly Aimee, Ivy, and Leona, went above and beyond to make my birthday special with gifts, a cake. The room had a stunning view and was beautifully decorated. Small touches like the welcome platter and kids toiletries made a big difference. The hotel has multiple eating options, including a barbecue buffet under the moonlight with wine included. Shuttle buses to the Panda Base and other areas were convenient. Excellent service overall.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the concierge who gave great recommendations. the lobby was stunning and the buffet offered a good selection of dishes. the hotel was conveniently located close to the city center and the Panda Reserve, making it easy to explore both.

There were some communication issues with the staff, as not all of them spoke fluent English. Additionally, there were some maintenance issues, such as a crack in the bathroom that caused water leakage.

My son had a great time during his stay, making it an ideal choice for a family holiday. Though it was a bit far from the city center, taxi service was readily available.

There were not many options for relaxation outside of the room. the lobby sofas were always occupied by people checking in or out, leaving us with nowhere to unwind.

The staff's assistance in checking the air-conditioning in our room and promptly moving us to a nearby room with a working air-con was much appreciated. The hotel also offered shuttle buses to the panda sanctuary and other areas in the city center. The shuttle driver was caring and even called us to remind us of the pick-up time from the panda sanctuary.
