Feeling safe with my kids in tow is the ultimate win. the shuttle was a godsend, the breakfast a feast. Rooms were snug, but we made it work. the lolly cart was a hit with the little ones. And seriously, who needs teaspoons anyway? the staff was lovely, and shower pressure was on point. I might've frozen a tad, but hey, better chilly than sweaty! I return for weekends. First stay transport help was great. WiFi, 24-hr reception, bar, fitness centre suit me. No pets or smoking. Friendly staff, express check-in/out, video games, and more that I need.

The breakfast, while not extravagant, had a decent selection of Asian dishes. Great location near taxis and dining options. I was grateful for the comfortable beds and the convenience of nearby transportation. Overall I recommend this hotel.

the beds were super comfy, room spacious and clean. water cooler nearby, great for hot days. complimentary food coupon added fun to our trip. friendly staff and shuttle service to train stations were very helpful. we will definitely come back.

The hotel's beautiful interior decor and cozy ambiance were simply delightful for a senior woman like myself. the hotel's easy accessibility, especially for senior guests, with minimal walking distance to key attractions, was a great advantage.

The only improvement for a better vacation for senior people would be more attentive service from the younger staff members.

A noteworthy highlight of our stay was the central location, nestled between Wan Chai and Causeway Bay, providing easy access to the main MTR station on race day. the staff was attentive, except for one on breakfast duty quite abrupt. the room was cozy and comfortable, offering a pleasant view. the facilities were convenient; there was nearby seating and courteous bus staff.

MTR access requires a 15-minute walk. Good exercise opportunity if you enjoy walking.

Dorsett's location is superb, close to Wan Chai, Happy Valley, and Causeway Bay. Easy access to buses and metro. Dinner served in-room during a typhoon is convenient. Rooms are comfortable and clean, shuttle service is convenient, and breakfast exceeds expectations.
