We had an amazing stay at the Fairmont in Mainland China. The service on the Gold Lounge Executive Floor was truly exceptional. The staff was highly trained and incredibly attentive, making us feel right at home. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with easy access to the subway station, Silk Street, and plenty of delicious eateries nearby. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. The facilities were great, especially the gym and the pool. Despite some occasional internet issues, we had a wonderful stay overall.

I got great value for my money at the Fairmont in Beijing. The room was spacious and comfortable, with an amazing OGAWA massage chair. The location was convenient, near the metro and silk market. The staff at the hotel were outstanding, going above and beyond to make me feel at home.

I recently stayed at the Fairmont in the heart of Beijing for a few nights and it was a truly fantastic experience. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from Yong An Li subway station and the famous Silk market. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with special thanks to Leeann who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The bed was perfect and I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel restaurants were wonderful. my stay at Fairmont was nothing short of a 5-star experience.

The staff spoke excellent English and were happy to answer any questions. They helped me find somewhere to repair my laptop. The room upgrade was amazing, with a walk-in shower and a comfortable bed. The TV had plenty of English channels. The swimming pool and spa were very nice. The location is great, close to a Metro station.
