On my first trip to Australia, I decided to spend my holiday in a vibrant city. I chose this hotel because it is close to everything and offers a range of facilities. The staff were always very nice and helpful, providing excellent service. The room had a nice view and the bed was comfortable. I loved the fact that the hotel had a great pool and beach access, allowing me to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather.

There were some issues with the bathroom. It was hard to remove the steam from the shower and there was a lingering odor.

The staff at reception were so friendly, offering me a warm biscuit upon arrival. I loved the peaceful room with its stunning view, perfect for watching the sunrise. The strong wifi in my room was a bonus, and the free wifi in the guest lounge was convenient. The swimming pool was refreshing, and I enjoyed relaxing beside it. The hotel's central atrium was absolutely beautiful. The location was ideal, with easy access to all activities. The room was clean with all the necessary amenities, and the housekeeping staff did a great job.

The location is amazing, right on the beach and close to everything you want to do in this city. The hotel facilities are great, including a gym, pool, and a lovely lobby with comfortable couches. the hotel boasts excellent views and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. the breakfast offered is very good, and the staff members in charge of tours and excursions were simply exceptional. the front desk personnel were also extremely helpful and went above and beyond to solve any problems we had. We were impressed by the manager, who personally introduced himself and asked if we had any complaints. This level of attentiveness and genuine interest in improving really made us feel at home. the hotel has an excellent team of people who truly care about their guests' experience.

Great location with easy access to the boardwalk and esplanade. The atrium and pool were highlights of the hotel. Despite ongoing renovations, the place was clean and accessible. The staff, although overwhelmed at times, were friendly and helpful in resolving issues. I'd recommend this hotel for its convenient location and pleasant amenities.

Delicious dining options: The Atrium Breakfast restaurant offers an extensive hot & cold buffet with fresh juices, fruits, and local produce. The Vine Room provides a relaxed space for lunch and dinner, with delicious grazing boards, fresh seafood, and light bites. It was like having a culinary adventure in a tropical oasis.

Great location near shops and Promenade/boardwalk. Helpful and friendly staff. Delicious biscuits on arrival. Excellent value for money. Snorkeling and scuba diving companies within walking distance.

The location of this hotel was simply mind-blowing! The beautiful rainforest area in the centre of the hotel created a jaw-dropping ambiance. The pool was super and provided a refreshing escape from the heat. The tour desk was absolutely fantastic, providing us with so much helpful information and assistance. We were able to explore the city with ease thanks to their recommendations. The room itself had a great view and was surprisingly spacious. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Sue at the tour desk who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. She worked miracles in getting us a car rental during a busy period. The tour she recommended to the Great Barrier Reef with Reef Magic Cruises was absolutely incredible, and the marine biologist Justin provided us with fascinating insights. our stay at this hotel was top-notch and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway.

The location of this hotel is sensational! It is just footsteps away from the Esplanade and the best parts of the city. It is also right on the edge of the most lively area, so you can be in the action but still enjoy a quiet atmosphere. We were able to easily walk to all the best restaurants, shops, and bars this city has to offer.

You can stroll to the numerous local restaurants, enjoy a variety of activities, and explore the vibrant streets. The rooms offer a pleasant stay, with comfortable beds and fairly quiet surroundings. Some rooms even provide a lovely ocean view on higher floors. Guests can also enjoy a decent breakfast and make use of convenient facilities like a coffee machine in the room.

The bathroom size is quite small, which may be an inconvenience for some travelers.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast and wine bar staff were excellent. The room location was great. The pool area was great with extended opening hours. Access to all areas were well signed and available. Gardens were lovely.

The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with the beach just a stone's throw away and all the attractions within walking distance. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a fantastic sea view. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was delicious and the timings suited our tourist schedule perfectly. Additionally, the room service was prompt and efficient, and the staff even helped us arrange a taxi for our airport drop-off.
