We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff provided excellent customer service and always had a smile on their face. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with the beds being the most comfortable we experienced during our trip. The hotel had great facilities, including a gym and pool. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and in a residential area, with easy access to the Futian city center and the central and shopping areas in Shenzhen. The hotel also had plenty of food choices, including a coffee shop, pub grub, buffet restaurant, and an excellent Chinese restaurant.

As a group of friends, we loved the stunning views of Hong Kong from our hotel rooms. The staff at Four Points By Sheraton Shenzhen were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices to start our day off right. The shuttle bus provided convenient transportation to the metro station and passport control for entering Hong Kong.

The hotel is situated in a quieter area, away from downtown, making it a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. It offers a stunning view of the Sham Chun River and is conveniently located close to the China/Hong Kong border. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities, including tea/coffee making facilities, a hairdryer, and a safe. The bathroom features a powerful shower over the bath, and the WiFi connection is reliable. The hotel also offers a heated outdoor pool and a well-equipped gym for guests to enjoy. The China Spice Restaurant, located within the hotel, offers excellent food and service at reasonable prices. The buffet-style breakfast offers a wide selection of delicious options, including both Chinese and western cuisine.

The hotel bar near the lobby lacks ambiance and may not be the ideal spot for a relaxed and enjoyable evening.

I arrived at 13:30 and my preferred room wasn't ready, but the staff kindly gave me a temporary room until it was. They texted me when my room was available and apologized for the inconvenience. The new room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The hotel is conveniently located near the board crossing to Hong Kong. I had a pleasant stay at Four Points and would recommend it.

I recently stayed at the Four Points in Shenzhen for a staycation. The hotel staff were excellent and the facilities, especially the gym, were top-notch. The renovated breakfast area is bright and modern, with a great selection of food. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have all the amenities you need. It's my favorite hotel in the city, centrally located but still peaceful. The pool, spa, and fitness center are all fantastic, and the breakfast and dinner buffets are amazing.
