We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff provided excellent customer service and always had a smile on their face. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with the beds being the most comfortable we experienced during our trip. The hotel had great facilities, including a gym and pool. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and in a residential area, with easy access to the Futian city center and the central and shopping areas in Shenzhen. The hotel also had plenty of food choices, including a coffee shop, pub grub, buffet restaurant, and an excellent Chinese restaurant.

Nothing, no complaints at all.

As a group of friends, we loved the stunning views of Hong Kong from our hotel rooms. The staff at Four Points By Sheraton Shenzhen were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices to start our day off right. The shuttle bus provided convenient transportation to the metro station and passport control for entering Hong Kong.

Felt very relaxed, nothing to complain about.

Conveniently located near the Futian border gate, making it easy to access the CBD or take a short ride to Hong Kong. the hotel offers spacious and well, appointed rooms, with all necessary amenities. the breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of delicious options, including both Chinese and Western cuisine. the staff is friendly and competent, ensuring a smooth check, in and check, out process. the hotel also has facilities such as a heated outdoor pool and a gym, which are well, maintained and enjoyable to use.

The hotel is showing signs of age, with outdated decor and furnishings, especially in the lobby and rooms. the service lacks warmth and personalization, with little interaction or attempts to make guests feel welcome.

I recently stayed at the Four Points in Shenzhen for a staycation. The hotel staff were excellent and the facilities, especially the gym, were top-notch. The renovated breakfast area is bright and modern, with a great selection of food. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have all the amenities you need. It's my favorite hotel in the city, centrally located but still peaceful. The pool, spa, and fitness center are all fantastic, and the breakfast and dinner buffets are amazing.

The value for money at this hotel was great, especially with the fantastic upgrade to a lovely suite. The room was really comfortable with the most comfortable beds I've had throughout my trip. The location was perfect, just a few moments walk from Futian and the crossing to HK, and you could even look over the river from many rooms. The staff were friendly and treated me really well, making my business stay enjoyable.

As for breakfast, the only improvement I would suggest is to include it in the price, instead of having extra costs.
