The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, with luxurious amenities provided by L'Occitane. The highlight of the hotel, without a doubt, was the breathtaking infinity-edge pool overlooking the serene lake. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the peaceful atmosphere. The food at the hotel was simply outstanding, easily the best we had in China. Although the prices were a bit high, the exceptional quality made it worth every penny. the Four Seasons Hangzhou at West Lake is a true gem and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable stay.

The hotel provided excellent service and even had baby facilities available, which made traveling with my little one much easier. The staff greeted us warmly and the room was perfectly clean. The hotel's outdoor garden was beautiful and a great escape from the city. We also enjoyed the boat ride offered by the hotel, it was a unique experience. The restaurants had exceptional food and the personalized service from the staff was amazing. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Four Seasons for a few days and loved its convenient location near the lake. The rooms were equipped with everything I needed and were very comfortable. The hotel grounds were simply amazing, offering a mesmerizing view and a peaceful atmosphere. The front desk reception was very helpful, and the room was clean with a beautiful view. The food at JinSha restaurant was good, and if you wanted snacks, Starbucks and KFC were nearby.

They remembered our names and gave helpful suggestions for exploring the area. the food at the hotel's restaurant was excellent, especially for Cantonese cuisine. the room was beautiful and spacious, with a romantic touch for a special occasion. the hotel grounds were impeccably maintained and offered stunning views.

The outdoor pool was closed during our stay. Additionally, a boat tour we had booked was cancelled due to wind, even though we saw other boats out on the lake.
