We had a fantastic stay at this cozy hotel in Chania. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. It was just a short walk away from the best restaurants, marina, and shops. We loved that the hotel was tucked away in a quiet alley, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We particularly appreciated the strong WiFi signal and the ability to watch YouTube on the TV. The staff, especially Valia and Michael, were incredibly helpful and gave us great recommendations. We even received complimentary water and ouzo in our room. The breakfast options at Ginger and Pallas were excellent, catering to different dietary needs. this hotel provided us with a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Wow! Our romantic escape at this hotel was absolutely amazing! the location was perfect. We were right in the heart of town, with plenty of great restaurants and shops to explore. Plus, it was just a short walk to the bus terminal, which made getting around a breeze. Secondly, the staff and owner were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Oh, and did I mention the homemade biscuits and fresh peaches waiting for us in our room? Such a sweet touch!

There were a couple of minor things that we noticed during our stay. the lack of in-house parking was a bit of a hassle, but we managed to find street parking nearby.

Their homemade cookies were a delightful treat. Additionally, the hotel's location was excellent, just a short walk away from the charming town center and the bustling old harbor. We enjoyed being surrounded by numerous cafes and tavernas, making it easy to find delicious food and enjoy the local scene.

The bed in our room was quite hard and uncomfortable, which made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the floors in the hotel were quite squeaky, causing some noise disturbances.

I recently stayed at Harismari Cozy Hotel for four days and had a fantastic experience. Upon arrival, Michael and Maria were incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with thoughtful amenities like a coffee machine and complimentary raki and biscuits. The hotel is located in a beautiful old house with lovely views of the old town. The breakfast at Ginger Concept was delicious, and Yiannis at reception went above and beyond in providing us with helpful tips and recommendations throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The location of this hotel was perfect for my business trip, situated in the heart of the old town. the room was beautifully decorated and always kept clean by the attentive staff. the comfortable mattress and pillows ensured a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the amenities provided, such as the coffee, fruits, and sweets in the room.

One downside was the delay in getting a clean room upon arrival, especially if coming from the ferry. However, the staff offered a solution by taking care of the luggage until the room was ready.
