What an unforgettable stay I had! The location of the hotel was perfect, directly connected to the bustling shopping area, delicious restaurants, and the House of Dancing Water arena. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel was situated near other top-notch hotels like Wynn Cotai and MGM Cotai. Not only that, but there was also a convenient free shuttle service provided by the hotel to transport guests to and from the airport, ferry terminals, and land border crossings. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities such as the pool and gym on the third floor were well-maintained and inviting. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially the housekeeping staff who provided excellent service and made my stay even more enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Grand Hyatt for a few days and had a great experience. The coffee was fantastic, and I loved the aroma of the Chinese tea. The bedding was extremely comfortable and the room was pleasantly quiet, despite being located near the elevator. What impressed me the most was the convenience of walking to the hotel from the nearby airport in just 20 minutes. The club deluxe room I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, and the breakfast spread was extensive. The pool was also a highlight, and the price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.

The location is great for shopping and entertainment, with free shuttle service from the airport. The suite we reserved was fantastic, with a spacious bedroom and beautiful views. The facilities are top-notch, including a great pool and gym. I would recommend Grand Hyatt.

During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we were impressed by the beautiful views and the friendly and helpful staff. the room we were upgraded to had a breathtaking view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the cleaning staff, in particular one member, was extremely polite and always willing to assist us. This level of service went above and beyond our expectations.

The only downside we experienced during our stay was the air conditioning. the room, especially the sleeping area, was a bit hot and stuffy despite the best efforts of the engineer.

Right in the center, near big shopping mall, the hotel is in the Club tower. Spacious room with comfortable bed, impressive in-room facilities like Bose speaker and Nespresso coffee machine. Dinner buffet at Mezza9 is great.

As longer term business travelers, we found the facilities at the hotel to be top-notch, with spacious and clean rooms, a well-appointed bathroom, and a comfortable living area. The connected hotels in the City Of Dreams group made it incredibly convenient for us to move around and access various amenities. We were thoroughly impressed and will definitely choose to stay here again.

It is also in the center of the city, providing easy access to various areas of Macau. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms. The friendly staff, such as Lucia from the Grand Club Lounge, provides excellent service and creates a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast offers a wide range of options, ensuring a delicious start to the day.

The front office team could benefit from retraining on customer service to improve the check-in process and create a more welcoming experience for guests.

The location was convenient for exploring the Cotai area, with many restaurants and a show nearby. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious.
