Had a great Christmas experience at this hotel! Loved the beautiful layout and scenery, and the rooms were really nice. the housekeeping was also excellent, keeping everything clean and tidy.

There were a few disappointing things about the hotel. the concierge service was virtually non, existent and not helpful for non, Chinese guests like myself.

I really got my money's worth staying at this hotel. The room was fantastic, well-appointed, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, in a quiet and classy neighborhood with great dining options nearby. The staff treated me like a VIP, especially the hotel manager Lancelot who went above and beyond to assist with our tour planning and make sure everything went smoothly.

The hotel is conveniently located near a historic town and offers a peaceful and elegant environment. the room had a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains, which was a highlight of my stay. the breakfast selection was extensive and the service provided by the staff was friendly and welcoming.

I was disappointed with a few aspects of my experience. the balcony wall was too high, obstructing the view when seated.

The hotel grounds are beautifully designed, with a stunning garden that showcases the work of talented landscape architects. the location is also convenient, just a short 20-minute walk to Shuhe old town. One more advantage is the opportunity to see and interact with animals like white peacocks, black swans, and alpacas, which is especially enjoyable for kids.

The hotel's shower had a slight mold and sewage smell, which could be resolved by leaving the bathroom door open after showering. Additionally, there is only one restaurant open in the evening, forcing guests to eat at the same place every night.

One reviewer mentioned the beautiful view of the Jade Snow Mountain from their room on the second floor. The staff is friendly and can communicate well in English, making the check-in process smooth.
