Cleanliness: The beds were comfortable and the pillows, towels, and linens were clean and fluffy. Hotel facilities: The pools were well-maintained and the spa and locker room facilities with a whirlpool, sauna, and steam room were a highlight. Location near downtown: Although not near downtown, the hotel was close to the ferry terminal for convenient transportation. Staff: The service at the hotel was beyond my expectations, making my stay great.

This hotel fulfilled all of our luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities, including a wonderful spa and wellness center, beautiful garden area, and a relaxing swimming pool. The restaurant and bar areas were also great and provided top-notch service. We found the overall hotel to be excellently maintained and aesthetically pleasing.

The only minor issue we experienced was some difficulty during check-in and check-out due to slow service. However, this did not detract from our overall experience at the hotel, which was relaxing and enjoyable.

My recent stay at the Nansha Grand was a pleasant experience. The hotel's location is convenient, being right next to the ferry terminal. I enjoyed the views of the water, despite sometimes limited visibility due to weather conditions.

The design of the hotel is impressive, especially when it first opened. However, it seems that there has been a decline in maintenance over the years.
