The executive room with lounge access was perfect for us as backpackers. We enjoyed the complimentary snacks and supper with other guests. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. a great stay!

Felt really comfortable, no complaints.

During my recent stay at Hilton Shanghai Hongqiao, I had an experience with the concierge staff that truly left a lasting impression. I had accidentally left my passport at the airport, and upon speaking with Alex at the concierge desk, he immediately reassured me and helped me come up with a plan to retrieve it. Tom, another member of the team, went above and beyond by arranging for a friend to personally deliver my passport to the hotel. Their exceptional service truly saved my time and made my stay marvelous. I cannot thank them enough for their dedication and help.

Though I encountered a few minor issues during my stay, such as slow service at the front desk and a minor problem with my room's facilities, these were promptly resolved after the hotel manager intervened. Additionally, I noticed that the entrance of the hotel often had smokers, which was not ideal.

Nice to have dressing gowns and slippers. Spacious executive twin bedroom with working area. Professional backdrop for video conferencing. Clear segregation of workspace and sleep area. Open-view bathroom concept. Nice and wide lobby space for meetings.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I especially loved the breakfast options, with a variety of delicious dishes including French toast and pancakes with maple syrup and Nutella sauces. The staff were friendly and polite, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The location in the Hongqiao district was perfect, as it was near the financial district and easy to find taxis. Additionally, the hotel provided convenient transportation options, making it easy to get around the city.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The lounge offers craft beers and good wines, slightly pricey. Upgraded to Tower 3, world-class facilities with quiet, attentive service. Executive lounge a great retreat with exceptional Americano coffee. Proficient and helpful concierge. New and clean non-smoking rooms. Good location near airport. Efficient belboy service.

The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of both Western and Chinese options. The location was ideal, with easy access to transportation, such as a nearby bus stop, and it was only a short distance from the Hongqiao Airport. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is a top choice in this area.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Shanghai Hongqiao Airport and High Speed Railway station, making it easily accessible for travelers. Diamond members are usually upgraded to Executive rooms in Tower 3, which is convenient to the Executive lounge. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a swiveling TV. The concierge service is excellent, providing assistance with transportation and other arrangements. The Executive Lounge offers a variety of food options and has a small meeting room for business meetings.

The pool is not very wide or deep, and guests are required to wear swim caps.

Excellent value for money, free room upgrade, spacious and well-equipped room, polite and courteous staff, Western and Chinese breakfast options with delicious choices.

I was amazed by the level of service I received at the hotel. During check-in, I was taken to the Hhonors desk for a fast and efficient process. The staff throughout the hotel, particularly in the Executive Tower, were so friendly and attentive. The fitness center was fantastic, with state-of-the-art equipment and impeccable cleanliness. The dining options were great, with a personal favorite being the breakfast and happy hour in the executive lounge. I had a top quality experience at this hotel.

The executive lounge was a great retreat, with attentive staff and fantastic coffee. it was a fantastic experience and we will definitely consider upgrading in the future. Absolutely value for money.

A Luxurious Haven of Peace We spent a truly indulgent stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities met our every need, and the service was impeccable. We particularly savored the exquisite Spa & wellness centre, indoor heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, and the garden area. the delicious in-room breakfast was perfect for starting our day before enjoying the sensational entertainment and sauna.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable with good lighting and a nice bathroom. the breakfast had a nice selection and the staff were very friendly. the location was great, close to the main attractions and easy to get around.

The wifi was a bit spotty and slow, making it difficult to work from the hotel. the gym was a bit small and crowded.
