We had an unforgettable stay in a real fortress, perched on top of the village. The location was simply breathtaking, with panoramic views of the entire village. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom had all the modern amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of local cheeses, meats, and homemade bread and cake.

I recently stayed at Della Fortezza in Sorano for a few days and it was absolutely amazing. The hotel is located in a 13th-century fortress, giving it a unique and historical feel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered breathtaking views of the medieval town and Etruscan tombs. The staff was friendly and enthusiastic, providing great recommendations for exploring the hidden gem that is Sorano. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the option to have fried eggs or omelettes was a pleasant surprise. Della Fortezza exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to return.
