Our stay at the Oaks hotel was worth every penny. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, with a surprisingly comfortable bed and a fabulous shower. The location was ideal for exploring the park and Muckross, and renting bikes just a short walk from the hotel made it even more convenient. The staff were incredibly lovely and accommodating, especially considering we were traveling with our 10-week-old baby. They provided us with a fridge for the baby's milk without hesitation, and the restaurant staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable dining with our little one. a great experience that we would definitely repeat.

The breakfast option could have been better. While everything looked impressive initially, the selection of fruit and breads was quite poor.

We had an amazing experience at the Oaks hotel thanks to Jurate, the incredible waitress who went above and beyond to ensure our last minute Christening celebration was a success. She quickly prepared a beautiful table in a great spot and provided fast and amazing service. Celebrating any occasion at the Oaks hotel is highly recommended. I had a fantastic experience and would recommend this hotel.

The facilities at Oaks were excellent and suited my requirements perfectly. the staff in the bar and restaurant were pleasant and courteous. the range and quality of the food, as well as the service, were outstanding. I appreciated the prompt assistance when I misplaced my key and the top-class breakfast with a newspaper delivered right to my table. the hotel felt like a home away from home. Special mention goes to Shane, who was friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for places to visit. Donal in the bar and the night porter were also lovely.

During my business trip, I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi offered by the hotel. the hotel's proximity to the city center was also a plus, as it allowed me to easily access local restaurants and shops. I appreciated the comfortable bedding in my room.

the noise level in my room was a bit high, as I could hear loud plumbing sounds. These factors detracted from an otherwise okay experience.

Had a wonderful stay at the Oaks. the property was spotlessly clean and the rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. the staff were amazing, from check-in to the bar and restaurant, they couldn't have been nicer. the food in the restaurant was fabulous, highly recommend eating there. the location near the National Park was perfect for exploring. Will definitely be returning for another 5-star experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were so lovely, from the moment I called to book dinner to the moment I checked out. The rooms were beautiful and extremely comfortable. The food was delicious, and the cocktails were a treat. The hotel was very clean, and all safety measures were prominent. The location is perfect, very close to the Killarney National Park and the Torc Waterfall. The breakfast was a nice way to start the day, and the staff really went above and beyond.

The breakfast was great value for money and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the location of the hotel was convenient, especially if you have a car. the room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. the shower was amazing and a treat after a cold day out. the garden area was also lovely.

There was no bath in the room, which may be a personal preference for some. the shower head had a mind of its own and would spray water all over the bathroom.
