During my xmas stay, I was pleased with the hotel's location, as it was close to a shopping center and various restaurants, which made it easy to find good food to eat. the staff was friendly and accommodating, which made the check-in process a breeze. Lastly, access to the subway was also great and saved me a lot of time.

the breakfast had limited options and the food wasn't warm enough. there was no room service or change of food variety.

I had a superb stay at this hotel! The value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for the amazing amenities and service provided. The location near the Hangzhou East train station was incredibly convenient, with a shopping mall nearby that had plenty of restaurants to choose from. The staff were helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a comfortable and relaxing stay. And let's not forget about the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of delicious options to start the day off right!

All in all, my experience at this hotel was perfect!
