I had the most amazing view from my room! Facing southeast, I could see the stunning Tianjin Eye and the Haihe River right from my window. The night view was absolutely breathtaking. Plus, it was a short walk to the popular gathering place by the river, perfect for an evening stroll. And let me not forget about the delicious traditional Chinese fish restaurant, Baoxuan Yufu, just a 20-minute walk away. I had a fantastic and memorable stay at this hotel.

The location of the hotel was excellent, especially for tourists. It was very close to the Tianjin Eye, which looked amazing in the evening. the view of the river from the hotel was also very nice. the bed in the room was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

There were a few negative aspects during my stay. Despite requesting a room with a special view, I ended up with a room that only had a view of the river.

Stayed at this Holiday Inn for one night with my wife and toddler. Great location near the Tianjin Eye and train station. Spacious room with a cool view of the river/bridges. Comfy bed. Excellent breakfast with Chinese and Western options. Friendly and helpful staff, except for the checkout experience. a wonderful stay, feels like home away from home. Good value for money. Will definitely be back.

The air conditioning in the room was not working and the staff were unable to resolve the issue, leaving us with a fan and noise from an open window. Unexpected loud noise from construction work in a neighboring room disrupted our sleep and relaxation.

I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn in Tianjin. The hotel is perfectly located near the Tianjin Eye and Haihe River, offering breathtaking views from my room. The area surrounding the hotel is vibrant and a great place to take a relaxing stroll in the evening. The night view is simply stunning. Additionally, I had a delicious meal at the Baoxuan Yufu restaurant nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, lovely rooms, and brilliant service.

The staff at Holiday Inn was incredibly helpful and friendly. She really went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth check-in experience.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as a faint smell of smoke in the non-smoking room and some issues with the heating system, these were minor inconveniences that did not significantly impact my overall enjoyment of the hotel.

We had a great value for our money at Holiday Inn Riverside. The room was spacious and cozy, with amazing views of the river and bridges. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Tianjin Eye and close to the train station. The staff was friendly and made us feel at home, and most of them spoke English which was very helpful. We'll definitely be back!

The hotel has a good location and the staff were courteous and friendly. the Indian guy at the dining room was especially helpful. the rooms were large and tidy, and the hotel is conveniently located near a temple and the Eye of Tianjin, with waterfront views. It's a great spot for sightseeing and walking around.

The air conditioner in the room was not working and despite informing the reception, nothing was done to fix it. They brought a fan and opened the window, which resulted in a noisy and mosquito-infested room.

The location was excellent, right by the trendy riverfront with a stunning view of the famous Tianjin Eye. the breakfast was good with a variety of options, and we particularly enjoyed the sunny side up eggs. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that we had a fantastic view and providing excellent service throughout our stay.

There were a few things that were disappointing. the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with dirty walls and tape stuck to various parts.

The hotel's great location, attentive staff , excellent communication skills, and willingness to help made our stay even more special. The food outlets within the hotel were also good, and staff were especially helpful during check-out, ensuring we made it to our destination on time despite transportation challenges.

Additionally, the hotel's prime location allowed easy access to the Tianjin Eye, Hai River cruise, and the ancient town, making it convenient for sightseeing.
