Betty and Angela provided exceptional service, with Angela even creating a towel animal for us. The cleanliness was impressive, and we enjoyed sitting outside our room while watching fireworks. Highly recommended!

wow, where do i start? also, why was there no microwave in the room? i was really expecting more amenities, especially given the rate! to top it off, the check-in process was as confusing as can be. i just coudn't recommend this place.

Location, cleanliness, outdated

Perfect location close to all attractions with courteous staff who went above and beyond. The breakfast was delightful and varied with great coffee relaxing by the pool was a highlight

The room showed signs of neglect as the floors were disturbingly dirty and cleanliness could use attention. The mattresses were uncomfortable and led to poor sleep quality during an otherwise enjoyable stay

The location is ideal, just a short walk from the village and close to activities. Our room was clean and well-equipped with a fridge and Keurig, which was a nice touch. The heated pool was great, allowing my kids to swim even in the rain. The breakfast offered a decent selection, including scrambled eggs and a waffle maker, but could use a little improvement. The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We enjoyed fantastic family time at the hotel, with the lush green grass around the pool where our kids could run and play. The location is perfect for exploring Lake George, just a quick walk to local restaurants and activities. There’s a heated pool that was a hit with my children.

In my wife’s opinion, the continental breakfast could use more variety.

We loved the balcony setup and the pool/hot tub. Rooms were clean and felt like home. The staff was great. they worked hard to maintain the property. Scott, the manager, and the rest of the team were friendly and welcoming. Location to the village was excellent for walking to activities.

The housekeeping staff is cheerful and hardworking. The breakfast line was long every morning.

This felt like an authentic Americana trip, reflecting our love for road trips.
