The warm reception and attentive staff really made us feel welcomed! The luxurious decor and plush bedding enhanced our comfort during the stay.

Check-in took quite some time. Finding your way around is pretty confusing with routes mixing through shopping areas.

From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The front desk greeted me warmly, and my room had a stunning view from the 26th floor, making every sunrise magical. The luxurious bedding and well-thought-out amenities made it feel like a true sanctuary. I even arranged a special surprise for my parents' anniversary, and the staff went above and beyond to prepare a delightful cake and special decor that made their stay unforgettable. The variety of dining options was refreshing, and the ambiance throughout the hotel truly captured the essence of Venice.

While the hotel is magnificent, the long walking distances in the mall area can be a bit overwhelming, especially for first-time visitors. I found myself lost a couple of times, and clearer signage would have really helped. Additionally, during busy check-in hours, I noticed the lobby got quite crowded, which could be frustrating for guests arriving. Lastly, the smoke smell in certain areas could be an off-putting experience if you are sensitive to it.

The family suite was awesome for us, especially with the kids loving the bunk bed area. We enjoyed access to the luxury spa and wellness center, which was such a treat. The staff decorated our room for a special occasion, which made it extra memorable.

The cleaning of our suite was amazing, every day the amenities were replenished and the floor was vacuumed. The swimming pool staff were incredible and the water quality was top-notch.

The kids enjoyed the pool area a lot, while I indulged in a massage that focused on deep relaxation. After my experience, I appreciated how everything was well structured, making it easy to capture special family moments. The location near the House of Dancing Water theater added to our overall adventure, which felt like a magical escape echoing my European roots.
