The location provides convenient access to other hotels and tourist attractions. Rooms are spacious with comfortable furniture and two televisions. The bathroom is sizable and well-appointed. The staff is friendly and helpful. The ambiance of the adjoining shopping mall is exceptional.

As a family, we had a fantastic experience at Venetian Macao. The staff, especially at the pool, were friendly and attentive. We received a free room upgrade, which provided a fantastic view. The buffet had discounts and the food court had a great variety of cuisine at different price ranges. The Lush staff was helpful, even giving us a tester pot of facial scrub. The hotel provided excellent facilities for both children and parents, and the golf course was a fun experience for the whole family.

The decoration, while reminiscent of my grandma's home in Argentina, is surely something special for Chinese people. The location near the Venetian canals allows for a peaceful visit after the crowds of tourists disperse. The pool attendants were attentive, constantly offering refreshing lemon-infused water. Additionally, the staff at check-in was exceptional, accommodating our early check-in and late check-out requests. The high-floor room we requested was granted, and they even went above and beyond by scheduling maid service to set up the living room bed while we were out for dinner.

The location was also great, with easy access to the Parisian and Four Seasons Hotels, and we loved the smoking lounges in the casino. The shuttle buses from the Grand Emperor Hotel were a convenient way to get around. it was a wonderful experience.

Our Thanksgiving stay was amazing! the hotel staff made our experience unforgettable by offering us complimentary drinks and snacks upon arrival, and even providing a free shuttle to the nearby shopping center. the hotel's location was perfect, giving us easy access to all the local attractions that we wanted to visit. Plus, the spacious and stylish rooms were equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

That the check-in process was quite slow, with long queues and a limited number of staff available, causing a bit of a delay in getting to our room. But overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is close to many tourist spots and other newer casinos. It's also great to see that there are smoking lounges, unlike in Vegas where everyone smokes inside the casino. The rooms are clean and the service is fair. This hotel is a luxurious paradise! From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. the spa and wellness center had exclusive amenities that left me feeling pampered. the outdoor swimming pool was amazing, surrounded by a beautiful garden area. the restaurant had a mouth-watering menu that catered to my every whim. the bar/lounge area provided a wonderful ambiance.

The only slight downside was the casino, which appeared somewhat dated compared to the rest of the hotel. this was a minor issue and didn't detract from my experience.
