We stayed at a hotel with a nice location by a pond with a fountain, giving a peaceful atmosphere. The Kitchen restaurant had polite staff and the food was good. The room was comfortable and the linens clean. The beds were soft and we enjoyed the view of the pond from our window.

The hotel staff seemed unreliable when it came to handling cash deposits.

I recently stayed at the Cherry Valley Hotel for a short business trip. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable. The lobby had a classy feel to it, with beautiful stone walls and fireplaces. The gardens were also stunning. I appreciated the convenience of accessing the parking lots using the room key, as it made it easy for me to come and go. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the water pressure and shower head in the bathroom were wonderful. it was a great stay.

Large, comfortable beds alongside clean rooms and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was accommodating and speedy, even replacing a lightbulb in less than five minutes. The lobby and pool areas were clean, with the pool towels constantly stocked. The bathroom was stylish, and the shower/tub was spacious.

The Cherry Valley Hotel, BW Premier Collection exceeded all expectations! We got excellent value for our money with a spacious and clean room, complete with a seating area and two comfy king beds. The location was beautiful, with a stunning courtyard and a professional and friendly staff that went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The only minor issue we had was with the breakfast offerings. It would have been great to have a larger variety of options available to choose from.

We loved the location of this hotel by the pond with a fountain, it was a beautiful view. The staff were friendly and the welcome drink was a nice touch. The room had great amenities such as air conditioning, ironing facilities, garden furniture, and tea and coffee facilities. The indoor swimming pool was a nice way to relax and we enjoyed using the treadmill too.

I recently stayed at the Cherry Valley Hotel, BW Premier Collection for a weekend getaway. The rooms were incredibly spacious and the beds were like sleeping on a cloud. The hotel itself is tastefully decorated with a classy lobby and rustic lodge atmosphere. The staff were friendly and professional, especially the front desk clerk who went out of her way to help me access airline info. The Pantry employee made excellent espresso and the bar staff were efficient despite a small kitchen issue. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

As longer-term business travelers, we appreciated the modern lobby area with fireplaces and ample seating. The newly refurbished rooms were spacious and included a small seating area for watching TV. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the water pressure and shower head were wonderful. We also enjoyed the internal garden area with the picturesque pond and gazebo.
