I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location is spot-on, right near the metro and bus stops, making it super easy to explore all of Hong Kong. the rooms were impressively clean and cozy, far exceeding my expectations for budget accommodation. I especially appreciated the complimentary hot and cold water dispenser, and the communication with staff was smooth – they were incredibly helpful via WhatsApp.

I think it would be nice if the hotel provided each guest with an access card for easier entry. the area can get a bit noisy at night, which might be a concern for light sleepers.

It is also conveniently located near a variety of stalls, restaurants, and a mall. the twin rooms are cozy, clean, and neat, with many amenities provided such as a USB adaptor and room slippers. Despite the small size of the attached bathrooms, all basic toiletries are provided, including toothbrush and toothpaste. the hot showers are a plus. the WiFi is good and the area seems quiet. the communication from host Winnie via WhatsApp was efficient and helpful. a comfortable and affordable hotel that I would strongly recommend to friends.
