The value for money at this hotel is exceptional - you definitely get your money's worth. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, right next to the subway exit, and there was a beautiful rooftop swimming pool. The staff at the hotel, especially the lady at the bar and the club lounge, provided excellent service and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

Good breakfast variety - although it can become repetitive for longer stays, the breakfast options are satisfactory. Great rooftop swimming pool and 24-hour gym - perfect for relaxation and fitness. Polite and helpful staff - the housekeeping staff is wonderful and the overall service is commendable.

Noisy due to Mainland tour groups - can be disturbing, so it's important to request a room away from these groups. Limited room space - although comfortable, the rooms are not particularly spacious.

This hotel provided a comfortable and warm experience during my Christmas stay. The staff at the front desk were lovely and the restaurant team was warm as well. The room was spacious with a good view, and I especially enjoyed the window seat to relax and enjoy the scenery. The beds and pillows were great, ensuring a restful sleep.
