We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The spacious two-bedroom unit with a kitchen was perfect for our family with kids. The hotel had excellent facilities including three TVs in the unit so everyone could watch what they wanted. The free breakfast provided a good variety of food and was very enjoyable. Additionally, the indoor swimming pool was a nice bonus. The staff at the hotel, especially Theressa at the reception, were outstanding and spoke English fluently. They helped us with various arrangements such as getting tickets to a show and arranging car services. Theressa even went above and beyond by helping us with Chinese translations and making us cards with important Chinese phrases. The room and bathroom were huge and had a great view of the town. The hotel also sent fruits and cookies to our room, which was a lovely touch. we highly recommend this hotel.

Had an amazing stay at Hyatt House! The room was spacious with a large bathroom and a great view of the town. The reception staff went above and beyond to assist us, helping with show tickets, car arrangements, and even providing Chinese language cards. The breakfast spread had something for everyone, and the hotel's location was surrounded by fantastic restaurants. The staff even sent fruits and cookies to our room, and everything was spotlessly clean. Highly recommended!
