The staff were very helpful and courteous, the suite had an extra bed that was super comfortable, smart automated toilets, spacious bath and vanity areas, large windows with city views.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip. It was right in the heart of downtown, close to many commercial centers, shops, and restaurants. Being able to easily access these places made my stay very convenient. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. They spoke English well, which is not always common in China, so communication was smooth. the location and the friendly staff were definite highlights of my stay.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't enjoy during my stay. there was no mini bar in the room.

Hyatt Place Shenzhen Dongmen offers fantastic breakfast, clean and tidy rooms, convenient location near the Metro and shopping district, and helpful staff.

Almost perfect only.

The welcome and assistance at Reception was outstanding and the rest of my stay, admittedly just overnight, was the same. Nothing was too much trouble, including looking after my cases for a few hours after I had checked out. Very conveniently placed for the Metro from the airport and towards Hong Kong. I shall definitely stay there again next time.

The room was quiet and the bedding was excellent. The location was superb, with easy access to the MRT and shopping. The staff treated me well and the check-in process was quick and efficient.

Breakfast option could have been better with a wider variety.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, right above the subway station and surrounded by shopping options. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast had delicious options for both Chinese and Western tastes. The staff was friendly and some spoke good English, making our stay even more enjoyable. The gym was a bonus, and we appreciated the helpful tip about going to higher floors for a better view. Having the hotel address in Chinese was a lifesaver when exploring the city. we highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

The room was small but clean. the location of the hotel was very convenient, with a subway station nearby. the breakfast had a good variety of food options.

The breakfast area was extremely crowded and there was hardly any replacement for the food and drinks. Some of the lifts were not working properly during our stay.

The hotel is very near to the shopping area East Gate, making it convenient for us to explore and shop. The breakfast provided was delicious with a good selection of hot and cold dishes, as well as fruits and baker's ware. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The staff at Hyatt Place were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. We needed to meet a friend at a distant location and after several failed attempts, the hotel persevered and finally found us a taxi. The location of the hotel is also great, right next to a shopping mall and metro station. The room was clean and quiet, and the showers had great water pressure. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and convenient location.

We recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel here and had an amazing experience. The location of this hotel couldn't be more convenient, as it is situated right above a subway station. We found it so easy to navigate the city thanks to this proximity. Additionally, there is a shopping plaza right below the hotel, which made it very convenient for us to explore different shops and find everything we needed.
