Celebrated New Year at this hotel. Loved the key location, right in the heart of the lively area with plenty of dining choices and bars nearby. The breakfast spread was amazing with a wide variety of delicious and fresh options. The staff at the concierge was friendly and helpful, providing great tips and arranging transportation.

The pool staff seemed distracted and spent too much time on his phone, which considering the high price paid for the stay. Also, the pool staff walked me through the exit, causing me to walk through a foot wash with my shoes on, which could have been avoided with better guidance.

The rooms were beautiful and well-appointed, with a great layout that included a separate toilet and wardrobe. the turndown service each night was a nice touch. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a huge range of both Chinese and Western options.

One negative aspect was the lack of reliable transportation options nearby, especially considering it was a business trip. the hotel's location made it difficult and time-consuming to get to meetings and appointments.
