We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with everything spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the luxurious SPA and pool area which provided a relaxing break from our busy days. The location on the island was ideal, with easy access to transportation and a beautiful lazy river. The staff was truly outstanding, from the attentive and friendly interactions during breakfast to the personalized service provided by Melanie, Nick, Summer, Jono, and Amy. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness, such as the kids' tent with their favorite cartoon characters, the family photo album, and the special cake for my wife, made our stay truly memorable.

The hotel offered an amazing New Year's Eve party with fireworks and live music, which was a great way to start off the new year. the location was perfect, with easy access to shopping and dining options. the hotel staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant stay.

The hotel room was a bit small and cramped, making it a bit difficult to move around comfortably. the breakfast buffet was not as impressive as expected, with limited options and some of the items being cold.
