Great facility and fantastic location! the hotel offered excellent amenities like a pool and gym. It was conveniently located near a subway station and a popular shopping area with many nice restaurants. Additionally, there were banks, coffee shops, and money exchange services right outside the hotel.

The staff at the front desk were not very professional and had a bad attitude. They also had poor communication skills and couldn't offer recommendations for nearby places to eat or provide information about transportation options.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our romantic escape. Just a short walk to the subway and Coco Park, with lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. We also loved the large outdoor pool, especially at night when we could enjoy the stunning view of the city skyline.

We found that some of the staff members lacked proper training. the concierge was not very knowledgeable about the area, which made it difficult for us to get recommendations for places to eat and navigate transportation options.

Pleasant stay and friendly service

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and well-equipped, including a comfortable desk area and a luxurious bathroom with stunning views. We enjoyed complimentary drinks and snacks in the Club Lounge and made use of the big pool with its nice changing rooms. The hotel also had a great cocktail bar and offered an over-the-top lunch buffet, with fresh seafood and a wide variety of other delicious options. Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient, with a shopping center within walking distance and the border to Hong Kong close by.

During my recent stay at Crowne Plaza, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent breakfast selection. The quality and variety of food exceeded my expectations for a hotel of this caliber. The breakfast definitely gave me a great start to my day.

Occasionally, there was a lingering smell of cigarettes in the non-smoking floor, although the management promptly addressed the issue. the spa facilities and costs were disappointing, but the quality of the treatments made up for it.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with a McDonald's and Coco Mall just a short walk away. There was also a foreign exchange counter across the street. The hotel itself was clean and the breakfast was good, although I wish there had been more variety of food. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, although I had to request an iron and ironing board. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room decor was modern and stylish. The bathroom was nice, with a bathtub and separate shower. The front staff were always helpful and polite, assisting me with taxis and answering my questions. One of the highlights of my stay was when the Director of F&B personally met me at breakfast to ask about my experience at the hotel and in the city, and he even gave me some helpful information about Shenzhen.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Shenzhen that was conveniently located near the exhibition center, making it easy for us to attend our business meetings. The hotel was also close to several banks, which was convenient for withdrawals. Moreover, it was situated near Futian station, which allowed us to easily explore the city. Apart from the location, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with well-maintained bathrooms. We were impressed by the efficient and friendly service provided by the hotel staff, who promptly attended to our requests. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and was of excellent quality. Additionally, the hotel had a beautiful swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness center for guests to enjoy.
