I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The building had a cozy charm that made me feel right at home. The room was exactly as described and even allowed pets, which was perfect for me as I always bring my dog along. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I fell asleep instantly. The room was spacious and adorable. The staff was attentive and even called me before my arrival to make sure everything was set. I received a welcome packet with my room key, eliminating the hassle of checking in. The hotel is conveniently located right on the highway, making it easy to access. the cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location were exceptional.

The value for my money at Hotel Crittenden was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and affordable. The location was perfect, surrounded by charming shops and a safe small town atmosphere. The staff, especially Chandra, were exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I loved the hand-written recommendations for local activities and attractions.

Got a free hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby, which was a nice touch during Christmas time. the room had a microwave and complimentary tea, which was helpful. the location was close to the downtown area with shops and restaurants nearby.

There was no designated parking lot and street parking was metered with limited availability. the lack of elevators made it difficult to bring luggage up to the room.
