Man, the location was bang on! Easy to hop on A21 from the airport and loads of restaurants nearby, even had a Starbucks right by the lobby. The room had a lekker comfy bed, we knocked out well every night. Also, the staff were super friendly and helpful, chommies at the reception made check-in a breeze!

Brekkie was decent but could’ve had more options for a true Hong Kong vibe. Would’ve loved some local dishes to mix it up!

One evening, a noisy machine interrupted sleep. the hallway vibes indicated some neglect. Needs better soundproofing and attention to details just saying!

The hotel's location is unreal—right by bus stops and walking distance to the Tsim Sha Tsui promenade and Hong Kong Museum of History. Rooms are nice, and the staff was really friendly. Breakfast was decent too. Perfect base for exploring!

Had some issues with room availability. We waited longer than expected for check-in after a long flight, which was tiring after traveling for so long. Wish they could work on this.

Amazing location! Just a quick walk to buses and the subway, and the river was only 10 minutes away. My room was spotless and the bed was dreamy.

But the windows wouldn’t budge—thanks for the fresh air, but no thanks! A bit of neglect in the hallways made me feel like I was in a low-budget horror flick.

The housekeepers were absolutely delightful, always greeting us in the corridors. Our room was pretty clean, and they were super accommodating when we asked for a connecting room for the fam. Plus, the reception staff dealt patiently with my card mishaps!

Loved the spacious suite with a separate living area and nice bathroom setup. The handy phone made exploring super easy!

This place suits me perfectly! I love the 24-hour reception, fitness centre, and flat-screen TV. On my first stay, the staff kindly helped me with a local food delivery number. I highly recommend it and will be back soon!
