Nathan Hotel provided us with a free upgrade to a smart room on the sixth floor. It was amazing to have a smartphone with unlimited calls and data included in our stay. My husband was able to use the gym on the same floor while our kids were still asleep. the hotel staff was polite and helpful, and we had no problem getting taxis to and from the airport. the location was also excellent, with a supermarket and metro station nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. We were able to easily access public transport and explore the shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, always willing to assist with any requests or questions we had. They provided excellent customer service, which made our holiday even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary facilities, including a mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities. We also loved the fact that there were no hidden charges and that the hotel provided amenities like room service and a car hire service. our experience at this hotel was terrific, and we highly recommend it to all travelers.

We recently stayed at this hotel for 10 nights and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center and close to all the attractions. We were able to easily explore the city with the subway stations just a short walk away. Additionally, the A21 Airport Bus station was conveniently located right next to the hotel, making it incredibly convenient for us to travel to and from the airport.

We did experience one staff member who was incredibly rude, treating us poorly when we had a simple question. However, this was only one isolated incident, and overall, the staff were attentive and helpful.

the staff at Nathan were outstanding and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. They even provided a free smartphone for making international and local calls, which was incredibly convenient for accessing tourist information on the go. the breakfast included surpassed my expectations in terms of range and quality. I was upgraded to a room with a stunning view of the pool and bar, and despite some noise, it didn't affect my ability to sleep. I highly recommend Nathan for its exceptional staff, convenient location, and outstanding amenities.

As women travelling alone, we felt safe and well taken care of at the hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. The thoughtful amenities in our room, such as travel-sized toiletries and a nightlight in the bathroom, were a nice touch. The use of a complimentary smartphone with free international calls was a massive bonus.

As those taking off early, we loved the superb location just 3 minutes walk from Jordan MTR station. The newly renovated room with an extra double bed was a pleasant surprise. The staff at the front office were extremely helpful and friendly. The included breakfast had a great selection and varied daily. The curtains and comfortable bed made for a restful sleep. The amenities, including the free smart phone with free 4G data, were a fantastic addition. The hotel also had a bar, restaurant, wine cellar, and a Starbucks on the ground floor. The free shuttle bus to the station was convenient for catching the airport express.

We felt immediately at home and had nothing to complain about.

The hotel's location was great, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It was also easily accessible to public transportation, making it convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Our check-in process was quite slow and it took longer than expected to get our room. Furthermore, our room was located next to the gym, which resulted in a lot of noise disturbances, especially late at night.

During our Christmas stay, we found two things that we really liked about this hotel. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. Secondly, the hotel's location was excellent, with key attractions and amenities within walking distance, making it convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, we appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who were attentive to our needs.

There were a few aspects that we found disappointing. the hotel lacked a festive atmosphere during the Christmas season.

I absolutely loved the convenience of this hotel's location. It was a quick walk to Temple Street market and very close to the night markets. Plus, it was close to Jordan metro station, making it easy to explore this city. The hotel staff were also very helpful and polite, ensuring a quick check-in and keeping my luggage safe after check-out. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were great. I had a fantastic stay!

We had an unforgettable family stay at a unique room. Nathan Hotel went above and beyond on our honeymoon with lovely decorations and a thoughtful gift. The location is superb and breakfast was good. Despite some minor noise issues and misunderstanding with staff, we loved our stay. highly recommended.

The location of Nathan Hotel was absolutely fantastic! I loved being on Nathan Road and being surrounded by the bustling energy of the city. It was so convenient to have the metro station nearby and being able to explore the main attractions on foot. The room was nice and the bed was really comfortable. I also appreciated the free handy phone they provided, it was so helpful for navigating the city. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location and amenities.
