Our stay at Suburban Studios was fantastic during a recent leisure trip for three nights. the staff was exceptional, the room had convenient parking right outside, ideal for my wife's mobility problems. the room was a great size and clean, plus we loved the full-size fridge and stove. Excellent value and close to many attractions.

Close to the beach, but our room had dead insects and noisy neighbors. the bed was supposed to be queen-size, but it was full, causing discomfort and inconvenience. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

Suburban Studios was fully equipped with a kitchen, making the stay convenient. the maintenance man promptly and politely replaced a malfunctioning AC unit, providing excellent service.

Very helpful maintenance staff promptly replaced a/c unit. Professional and patient front desk resolved policy issue with difficult customer calmly. Convenient ground floor room with parking right outside great for those with mobility challenges. Fully equipped kitchen was a notable amenity. A clean and quiet stay overall.

I keep coming back for the superb service. Staff helped me with a taxi number on my first stay. the amenities are spot on—Wi-Fi, parking, fitness center, and more. Perfect for my needs. I'll be back for Easter! .

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the easy reservation process and the helpfulness of the staff. the location of the hotel was convenient, close to stores and eateries. Moreover, the staff was friendly and patient, always ready to assist in any way possible. Having friendly staff members around made my stay more enjoyable.

On the downside, the rooms had old and outdated furniture of poor quality. the air conditioner was noisy, and there was a prevalent smell of weed in the outside area, possibly from permanent residents.
