Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a significant issue with the room's air conditioning. It was advertised with A/C, but only had a heater and a fan, making the room unbearably hot, even during cooler days. Although the staff was responsive and provided an additional fan, it didn't alleviate the discomfort I experienced throughout the night, leading to restless sleep.

I enjoyed my stay. The room had a coffee machine, which was a nice touch. I found walking to the nearby shopping street quite convenient. Breakfast had a great variety of options that catered to different tastes. Staff was helpful when I asked for a kettle for my room. I appreciated the relaxing environment with original art in the common areas. As a single traveler who loves art history, this hotel provided a unique charm.

the room was dark and not very cozy—also, the breakfast area was a complete zoo, and good luck finding a seat! it’s so sad that they didn’t offer complimentary tea service. honestly, after hearing how others got upgrades, i was expecting at least some welcome gift, but no, just disappointing mediocrity! would’ve been a 5-star if only.

We spent 3 nights here and it was just awesome. The staff was super nice and our room was really clean and cute! I loved that we could grab in-room breakfast. it made mornings way easier.

The relaxing sun terrace was perfect for enjoying a coffee and unwinding after a busy day. Just a heads up, the city can get a bit hilly, so be ready for some uphill walking after dinner! 🌞
