Great hotel experience during my business trip. the hotel provided excellent room service and had a fantastic fitness center. the location was perfect, with the subway just a 1/2 block away. I was able to easily walk to the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square, but the subway was also a convenient option. the hotel offered complimentary water bottles, slippers, dental kits, and robes, which were a nice touch.

The staff's poor English-speaking skills were a drawback. It made communication difficult at times.

Convenient location near attractions, shops, and grocery store. Helpful staff, fluent in English. Comfortable room with good soundproofing, cozy bed, and hot showers. Nice view from 6th-floor room. Beautiful lobby. 👍

Great location, impressive lobby, spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff, arranged a trip to the Great Wall. Adjoining rooms for families. Fabulous room staff. Nice swimming pool. Good breakfast with children's pricing. Good value for money. Good WiFi. Recommend visiting Silk market or Pearl market for shopping. Try Chinese food for a tasty experience.

The renovation works were a bit inconvenient as they blocked the car park bays, making it difficult to enter and exit by car. I hope the renovations are completed soon.
