I was able to easily walk to the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square, but the subway was also a convenient option. The hotel offered complimentary water bottles, slippers, dental kits, and robes, which were a nice touch.

The staff's poor English-speaking skills were a drawback. It made communication difficult at times.

Dislikes: The renovation works were a bit inconvenient as they blocked the car park bays, making it difficult to enter and exit by car. I hope the renovations are completed soon. The language barrier was a bit of a problem with some staff members struggling to speak fluent English.
