The busy and noisy location of the hotel was a bit of a letdown, especially for a romantic escape. The constant hustle and bustle, along with the presence of rowdy partygoers, detracted from the peaceful ambiance we were seeking.

They also offer baggage storage while you explore the city.

This hotel is conveniently located in downtown, close to restaurants, and the Narita Express train station. The famous Godzilla statue is also close by. The rooms are small but clean, and the bathrooms are spacious with Japanese style washlets. There are vending machines on every floor and a "sandwich buffet" on level 8 cafe. In addition to that, the breakfast at the restaurant on level 1 has a good selection of Japanese and Western styles.

The hotel provided great connectivity, with easy access to the Shinkansen and metro. The room facilities were top-notch, with everything from toiletries to a bathtub and even a free phone. The staff went above and beyond to help with reservations, making our dining experience hassle-free. a fantastic stay!

The hotel had a modern and chic decor, with ultra clean rooms and a beautiful lobby. The location was also great, with easy access to restaurants and shops and a short walk to the train station. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, both Western and Japanese.

They were not friendly or helpful, and seemed cold and uninterested in assisting guests. There were also communication issues, as their English was not the best.

We absolutely loved staying at this luxurious hotel in the heart of Shinjuku's liveliest areas. The location couldn't have been more perfect - right on the 8th floor above a movie theater and within walking distance to a number of malls. The hotel provided top-notch services such as dry cleaning, housekeeping, and even a shuttle service for our convenience. The room amenities were fantastic, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in our room, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. The separate tub and shower in the bathroom were a nice touch, and the towels and toiletries provided were of high quality. this place exceeded our expectations and made our trip even more enjoyable.

We found that this venue might not be the best choice for families. However, for couples or solo travelers, it's an ideal option.
