Super close to Romerberg and the Cathedral, both under 10 mins walk! The free brekkie was lekker too, they had good options and enough seating for everyone (most of the time! ). Staff was friendly, especially when we were way early for check-in, they were sharp-sharp with handling our bags.

Only one lift for the whole place, can get super long waits—especially if you hitting it during peak times like the holidays.

Loved the complimentary ice machine and water in the lobby. The mini fridge was perfect for snacks. Such a great location, so close to everything!

Felt so relaxed, no complaints.

i really appreciated the hotel’s easy walking access to major shops and restaurants. It’s just over a 15-minute stroll to see the stunning Main Tower, making it perfect for my weekend explorations.

the residence inn has a fantastic location, just off the main shopping center, and close to the station. our comfort studio was modern and clean, making our stay very enjoyable. we really appreciated the all-day tea and coffee in the lounge. The fitness center was a nice perk.

Air conditioning is a joke!!! I had to drag my own luggage since there’s no porter!!! The noise from nearby markets and clubs was unbearable, making it hard to relax!!! What’s the deal with carrying a pitcher for water from the reception?

Braw place! Rooms were bigger than expected and the staff were pure dead brilliant, especially Carolina at the front desk. The only downside was the breakfast—cracking spread but not enough seats for everyone. Still, would definitely stay again!

Had a good time, excellent location near the centre, but the breakfast was a bit average and the room was quite dark. Chur to the staff though, real friendly!

The location is pretty good, just a short walk to some really great spots! ! I had a great time hanging out in the lobby, sipping on a glass of wine from this cool machine they have, and my kids loved the big TV in our room to kick back and relax after a day out.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but honestly, the experience was decent enough.
