During my recent stay in Chengdu over Christmas, I had a fantastic experience at the hotel. the staff were attentive and helpful, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. the spacious and clean room was very comfortable, allowing me to relax after a long day of exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, with numerous hotels, cafes, and a convenience store nearby. This made it convenient for me to grab a quick drink or snack whenever I needed to.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff, from Lucy Chen at the welcome desk in the Horizon Club to Dorothy, Susan, and Danny, were extremely helpful and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy transportation access to other coastal metropolises in China. We also loved that this city was featured in mainstream news channels and local Chinese programs.

This level of personalized assistance truly sets the hotel apart and raises the bar of excellence. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding customer service.

The hotel offers excellent facilities such as conference rooms, restaurants, bars, a gym, a sauna complex, and a large swimming pool. the breakfast buffet is delightful, with a wide range of Chinese, Asian, and Western options. the location is perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to public transport and a nearby shopping mall. One of the highlights was the proximity to the riverside, which provided beautiful views and the opportunity to explore the surrounding restaurants and entertainment venues.

The reception staff could have been more helpful, as one of them was unable to assist with my query. However, this was made up for by the exceptional service provided by Nicole Yang, who was patient and kept me updated on the progress of my request through WeChat.

Excellent assistance from the concierge team in planning our day trips in Chengdu. Tyler Wang and Vagrent Fu were incredibly knowledgeable and made all our arrangements seamless. Café Z' offered a delightful dinner buffet with personalized service from Jerry E, who even went out of his way to serve us our favorite lamb chops the next day. highly recommended!

The staff, especially Yvonne Liu, were incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there were great spa facilities available, including a steam room, sauna, and hot pool.

The hotel had exceptional staff, always polite, friendly, and professional. the rooms were spacious and modern, with a very nice bathroom. the breakfast buffet at Cafe Z was the best we had during our two-week trip to China. the hotel's location was also perfect for exploring the surrounding area on foot, which felt safe and walkable.

We were disappointed that we didn't have time to visit the spa and restaurants at the hotel, and we regretted not being able to stay longer. It would have been great to experience more of the hotel's amenities and enjoy the welcoming atmosphere even more.

I had a fantastic stay at Shangri-La for three nights while visiting Chengdu. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially considering the language barrier. The buffet at Cafe Z was exceptional, and the views from our room on the 28th floor were breathtaking. The location by the Anshun Lang Bridge was unbeatable, and the room itself was exquisite.

I can recommend this hotel.
