The breakfast spread was absolutely amazing, and the staff wore genuine smiles that warmed my heart in the cold weather. The cafe manager, who shared local information with me, was not only knowledgeable but also very friendly. I especially loved the noodle and Dalian pancake dishes. The hospitality shown by Shangri-La was outstanding, and I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my friends.
