The concierge boys were incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The breakfast spread was absolutely amazing, and the staff wore genuine smiles that warmed my heart in the cold weather. The cafe manager, who shared local information with me, was not only knowledgeable but also very friendly. I especially loved the noodle and Dalian pancake dishes. The hospitality shown by Shangri-La was outstanding, and I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my friends.

The staff at Shangri-La provided exceptional service during my stay. When my flight was cancelled, they went above and beyond to ensure I could get home as soon as possible. The room service team was amazing, remembering my preferences and even sending hot soup when they learned I had the flu. the staff made me feel like I was at home.
