Enjoyable overall, room was a bit dated. The tea and coffee wasn't good. The pillows were hard. The carpet in room 4 needed replacing. There was no fridge in the room. Couldn't get a cocktail in Oscars and with an elderly family member didn't want to trek back through to the cocktail bar.

The value for money at the hotel was great, with clean and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect for visiting Chester and Cheshire Oaks, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from reception to the restaurant.

The morning meal could be improved with warmer cooked breakfast options.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. They provided excellent service throughout my stay. The food in the attached brasserie was amazing - my girlfriend and I enjoyed a delicious three-course meal at a reasonable price. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions such as Chester Zoo and the city center of Chester.

Visited family in Rossett and stayed at this lovely hotel for a few nights. The gardens were absolutely stunning and our room/suite was spacious and comfortable. The reception staff were excellent and the evening restaurant staff at Oscars were friendly and efficient. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with friendly staff and loved the bar with its beautiful garden views. Easy parking and just a short drive into Chester. a great stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful 4-star hotel. The location is ideal for sightseeing and exploring the surrounding areas such as Chester, Llangollen, and the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct, all within a short 25-minute drive. The gardens were lovely and well-maintained, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The ample parking availability was a definite plus for us.

This place would benefit from a small upgrade in terms of the facilities. Additionally, the staff should pay more attention to cleaning, as there were a few cobwebs in some areas.

We stayed at Rossett Hall for a weekend getaway and had a fantastic experience. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and we were thrilled with our room upgrade. The décor throughout the hotel was tasteful and of a high standard, including the ensuite bathroom which was superb. The restaurant area for breakfast was spacious and well-designed, and the breakfast itself met all our expectations. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the surrounding area, with plenty of onsite parking available. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness was exceptional and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were extremely comfortable, and having a fridge in the room was a big bonus. The food was delicious, and we especially appreciated the fact that they accommodated our dietary restrictions. we had a lovely time and would highly recommend this hotel.

The powerful shower with plenty of hot water and the Elemis toiletries were a luxurious treat. The hotel grounds were lovely, with peaceful gardens for us to relax in. our stay at Rossett Hall was good value for money.

There were a few issues that detracted from our experience. the room temperature was quite warm, but fortunately, a fan was provided.
