Staying at this hotel was an exceptional experience. the spacious and well, equipped rooms provided exclusive amenities such as a gigantic indoor pool and an impressive fitness center. the staff was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. the exquisite restaurant served delicious food, including allergy, friendly options.

I had a minor issue with the room's temperature control, but everything else exceeded my expectations. In summary, I had a luxurious stay at this hotel.

Spent New Year here and had a fantastic experience. Lovely and modern rooms with amazing fitness equipment. Breakfast was exceptional, offering a mix of Western and Asian cuisine. The hotel is close to a beautiful park and lake with a cultural center nearby, providing a great location for a relaxing walk.

Had a bad experience with the taxi service, and suggest the hotel takes more control over the situation to prevent overcharging. Feels like being cheated. The price of making paper copies was quite high, so I would advise against using the hotel for photocopying services.
